  12. Description / Analysis / Product codes: analytical descriptions for each photo and product codes, if applicable
  13. Announcements: you may upload classified ads (e.g. machinery or other objects you want to sell)

*** All entries and descriptions must be written in English, in order to be read from anyone around the world. Do not forget that our goal is to expand to the international markets.


REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT

Through a user-friendly environment, you can control, without any specialized knowledge, your company’s profile. You can easily add, correct or amend any information. We don’t need to know any specific software in order to amend the size and resolution of your pictures, since the portal has an integrated program that automatically adjusts and places them in the right place. In reality, this specialized portal is basically a friendly tool that will allow you to create a website on your own.

As we mentioned before, you can control your profile on your own, from anywhere in the world, since all your amendments take place online and are immediately displayed.

*** If you don’t have the time to control your own profile, we can create it for you, upload your texts and pictures, as well as any translated documents, at a mutually agreed extra cost.


OUR GOAL

This portal has a simple layout, without any extravagant special effects and a confusing content. It exclusively aims at professionals that seek to import a specific product or service in their own country, rather than attract irrelevant visitors. Specific steps and actions will be carried out in the best possible way, something that will also affect the participating companies. We aim to make this portal known amongst the commercial and business circles of every country, through the internet, newsletters, other large portals of different content, newspapers, magazines, exhibitions etc. In other words, we will proceed with carefully planned steps and dedicated promotions, which will be available to an international audience of exporters and importers.

Every registered company will receive equal treatment. With all these as a guide and with our desire to work hard, we hope that this portal will become a landmark for all export businesses (small or big) and a key search engine for international businessmen.


COST ANALYSIS AND DURATION

We have analyzed every detail and our priority is to implement our plans in order to expand the portal and consequently increase the number of participating companies. The participation cost for each company is 1000€ for a duration of three (3) years – which basically means 333€ annually. We want to keep this cost at a reasonable level, giving you the chance to participate without investing a large amount of money. We believe that all companies, even SMEs, can contribute that amount, since this is also the usual cost for web hosting and domain name registration services.

We invite you to study and carefully consider our proposal, having in mind that you can fully administer your corporate profile 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at the price that we have set. If you take all these parameters under consideration, we hope and believe that you will join us in this new business venture.

*** No company and for no reason may register for one (1) or two (2) years. All registrations are set for a period of 3 consecutive years. Upon completion, all renewal agreements will also be set for a period of 3 years.
*** We also offer you the option of promoting your company through a banner ad displayed on the portal’s home page (banners will be rotating). The banner’s price is set at 500€ per month, or 2.200€ for 6 months or 3.400€ for 12 months.
*** Every registration is activated after the participant makes the relevant bank deposit, notify us over the phone and send us the deposit slip via fax or email.


REGISTRATION TERMS

  1. Every company that wishes to register should respect the portal, as well as its rules of operation and other participating companies.
  2. Every company should be legit and have true and accurate products and services.
  3. Any transaction with a potential partner should be thoroughly checked. We bear no responsibility for any bad transaction, we are not involved in any order and we do not seek for any fee or commission.
  4. The fee each company pays for registration covers its promotion for a period of 3 years. For any other action, advertising or promotional, there is a private agreement, a respective cost and a separate invoice.
  5. Every registration is valid for only one company. If any professional owns 2 or more companies and desires to advertise all of them, the cost still remains 1000€ per company for a period of 3 years. Each company requires a separate registration.
  6. Any registration or agreement takes place through the internet and the system automatically provides you with an access code. Please note that anything you might add won’t be visible to any users until you contact us over the phone and send us the deposit slip via email or fax. If an agreement has been made during a personal meeting with one of our associates and you paid him/her the respective amount, then you should register under his presence and request for an immediate activation. This is imperative so as to avoid any misunderstandings.
  7. There is no refund for the remaining unused time period in case a company -for any reason- wishes to cancel its registration.
  8. Any personal data displayed on the invoices, such as Tax ID number, Taxation Offices etc. will never be revealed on the portal.
  9. Any and all disputes that may arise, shall be resolved by the competent court of Heraklion, in Crete.
