Service-Based Refund Policy

Exporters World provides customized digital marketing, export-import marketing, and training services. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

Advance Payments

Any advance or upfront payment made to Exporters World confirms the client’s acceptance of the service scope and terms. Such payments are strictly non-refundable.

Delayed or Incomplete Services

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of cooperation from the client’s side.

Campaign & Advertising Costs

Payments made toward advertising budgets, third-party platforms, or tools (including Google, Meta, hosting providers, or software services) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services in writing. However, cancellations do not qualify for refunds once work has commenced. Exporters World reserves the right to assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Exporters World is unable to deliver services due to internal limitations, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

Exporters World reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
